Brief Description:
Search is not available on the IT@Cornell website. We are working with the vendor, Pantheon, to resolve this issue.
User Impact:
Users attempting to search on the IT@Cornell website will see the error message, "Search is temporarily unavailable. If the problem persists, please contact the site administrator."
Workaround:
To reach a page on the IT@Cornell website:
- Select the Services link
- Open the service page you are looking for
- Then use the sidebar to navigate to the article you are looking for or select "see all" to view the full list of articles

Current Status:
Pantheon support says: "Our engineering team appears to have resolved the issue and they now get search results." CIT tests confirm that the search is working again.
