On Sunday, January 30, 2022, between 11am and 12noon, Cornell will be performing a required update to Zoom's single sign-on (SSO) certificate. This change is required before Zoom retires its current SSO certificate ahead of its expiration on February 2, 2022.

The Zoom SSO certificate update process is estimated to require 5–10 minutes, during which new Zoom login attempts will not be possible. Once the certificate has been updated, users can continue to log into Zoom utilizing SSO as usual. Ongoing Zoom meetings and events already taking place will not be impacted.
