Brief Description:
CUVPN users are not being placed in the proper departmental pool IP space and do not have access to IP-restricted resources, including SFS High Risk share. The issue appears to be connected to the ClearPass authentication server upgrades this morning.
User Impact:
Affected users should log out then log back in to the AnyConnect VPN client to restore access to departmental VPN pools.

CUVPN users are not being placed in the proper departmental pool IP space and do not have access to IP-restricted resources, including SFS High Risk shares. The issue appears to be connected to the ClearPass authentication server upgrades this morning.

Affected users should log out then log back in to the AnyConnect VPN client to restore access to departmental VPN pools.

As of Wednesday, 1/12/2022, at 7:35am, some users are again experiencing issues accessing departmental VPN pools.
