Brief Description:
Some alumni who graduated in 2021 are reporting mail not being delivered to their Cornell Gmail account, and individuals attempting to send them email are getting bounce messages.
User Impact:
Users attempting to contact these alumni accounts will receive an error message that their message couldn't be delivered.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
All accounts have been fixed.
