On Monday, December 13, 2021, between 8:00am and 12:00pm, the TeamDynamix sandbox environment will be refreshed with content from the production system.
User Impact:
'Sandbox' environment users will be unable to login to the sandbox for dev/test purposes during this window. After the change, any objects/work that haven't moved into production or otherwise archived beforehand will be lost.

Full Description:
On Monday, December 13, 2021, between 8:00am and 12:00pm, the TeamDynamix sandbox environment will be refreshed with content from the production system. This refresh will affect all Cornell TeamDynamix instances. Periodic refreshing of the TeamDynamix sandbox instances with current content is important to keep system configurations and object IDs synchronized.
'Sandbox' environment users will be unable to login to the sandbox for dev/test purposes during this window. After the change, any objects/work that haven't moved into production or otherwise archived beforehand will be lost.
**After the sandbox refresh, any changes or work done only in the sandbox system which have not been moved to production will be lost and will be unrecoverable.** Please be sure to update the production system with any changes you would like to keep.
In addition, during maintenance window on 12/13/21, users will be unable to log in to the sandbox for dev/text purposes.
