Brief Description:
There are reports of Video On Demand users not being able to access their 'My Media' library of videos or upload new videos due to the 'Add New' option not appearing. Cornell staff have contacted the vendor, Kaltura.

Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The issue has been resolved. All users should have the appropriate access to their Video on Demand accounts.
