Brief Description:
On Sunday, November 21, 2021, at 8:00am, the TeamDynamix support team will change the transfer ticket workflows to the new move ticket workflows listed below. These new workflows will provide a more complete transfer of the ticket.
User Impact:
The effect on users should be minimal. If someone attempts to move a ticket from one ticketing application to another at the exact moment of the switch, they may get a failed workflow message.

Full Description:
On Sunday, November 21, 2021, at 8:00am the TeamDynamix support team will change the transfer ticket workflows to the new move ticket workflows listed below. These new workflows will provide a more complete transfer of the ticket. The new version will move the ticket and its associated data between ticketing applications, instead of creating a new ticket. However, tasks associated with the ticket will not be transferred.

These workflows transfer tickets from the CIT ticketing application to other units. If you have any concerns please contact the TeamDynamix support team as soon as possible at
