Brief Description:
Several self-service Identity Management web applications (netid.cornell.edu, whoiam.cornell.edu, and sponsored-netid.cornell.edu) will be unavailable on Sunday, November 14, 2021, between 6:00 am and 12:00 pm while we perform database maintenance.
User Impact:
Users won't be able to reset their passwords using security questions, activate their NetID, manage their directory entry, or request new sponsored NetIDs during this time period.

Several self-service Identity Management web applications (netid.cornell.edu, whoiam.cornell.edu, and sponsored-netid.cornell.edu) will be unavailable on Sunday, November 14, 2021, between 6:00 am and 12:00 pm while we perform database maintenance. Authentication will remain unaffected but users will be unable to activate a new NetID, request a sponsored NetID, or manage their directory information during this maintenance.
