Brief Description:
Cornell's AUDIX voice messaging system took longer than usual to pick up unanswered calls from approximately 3:30pm Sunday, November 7, 2021 until 5:30pm the same day. The performance problem was the result of extremely high call volume at that time.
User Impact:
Longer than usual time for the messaging system to pick up unanswered calls.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The issue has been resolved and AUDIX is performing normally.
