Because of ongoing compatibility issues with important security applications, it is recommended at this time that Cornell users and administrators wait until such issues are resolved before upgrading Windows 10 devices to Windows 11.

Because of ongoing compatibility issues with important security applications, it is recommended at this time that Cornell users wait until such issues are resolved before upgrading Windows 10 devices to Windows 11.

Cornell administrators are advised to put a hold on deploying Windows 11 to end users in production until the Certified Desktop security applications reach compatibility with Windows 11 and you have verified that all essential apps for your unit are working as expected with Windows 11.
