Brief Description:
The Video Hosting and Sharing/Video On Demand (VOD) vendor, Kaltura, reports that Zoom recordings have not imported into the system since Sunday, October 31, 2021.
User Impact:
Some Zoom recordings made before the vendor's hotfix did not import as expected into Video On Demand and Video Hosting and Sharing.
Workaround:
Users who need to share affected recordings through Video On Demand can download the content from Zoom and then manually upload it to Video On Demand.
Current Status:
Zoom recordings using the older version of Zoom Marketplace integration were not imported into VOD (Kaltura) between about 5:00am ET on Sunday, October 31, 2021, until 5:00pm ET on Monday, November 1, 2021.

The vendor confirms that content was not received for the recordings during the affected time period. As a result, they cannot offer a solution to backfill these recordings, but will continue to examine the situation.

Local IT staff will investigate the issue to determine if it might be possible to restore missed recordings to the VOD service from the Cornell side. Anyone with an immediate need is advised to use the manual download/upload workaround described in the Workaround section.
