When attempting to log into Cornell's Qualtrics Survey Tool, some individuals are receiving an error message,"Error Message: Unsupported Request. The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this service."
User Impact:
Inability to enter the Qualtrics service.
Workaround:
Try using a private or incognito browser window when signing in through the "Log In to Qualtrics" button at http://surveys.cornell.edu. Using a different browser that you don't usually use for Qualtrics, and clearing cookies or cache for Qualtrics from the browser may also work.
