Perceptive Content is experiencing intermittent performance issues. The CIT Enterprise Content Management team is working on the problem. Users may experience slower response times than normal.

There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The ECM team in conjunction with Identity Management & Systems Support were able to put in place a solution to the performance issues that were impacting Perceptive Content. This was completed around 11:25 AM and since then the ECM team has been monitoring the servers and performance. Everything has been running at normal levels since the solution was put in place.

We are going to continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates if the situation changes.
