Brief Description:
During routine maintenance, 90 user accounts that had been specially provisioned with Zoom access inadvertently had it removed. If these users try to log in to cornell.zoom.us, they will be guided through a process to restore their Cornell account.
User Impact:
Twelve of these accounts have already been restored. All users can self-restore by logging in to cornell.zoom.us and following the prompts. CIT is currently working to restore the remaining 78 accounts. We will communicate with the users to notify them of the steps involved in the restoration.
