Brief Description:
On August 8, 2021, CIT is planning three configuration & feature changes for Zoom:
1) Enable Mexico data center, pending ITSO approval.
2) Remove Skype for Business info from Zoom invites.
3) Enable gender pronoun feature in users' Zoom profiles.
User Impact:
Visible changes to users will be the availability of the gender pronoun feature and removal of Skype for Business info from meeting invites.

Full Description:
On August 8, 2021, CIT is planning the following Zoom configuration & feature changes:
1) Enable Mexico data center for improved performance for regional attendees (pending ITSO approval).
2) Remove Skype for Business info from Zoom invites, as Skype for Business has been retired as a Cornell service and is being discontinued by Microsoft.
3) Enable gender pronoun feature: Users will optionally be able to add this information to their Cornell Zoom profile (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4402698027533-Adding-and-sharing-your-pronouns)
