Individuals trying to request IT support using forms on it.cornell.edu are getting an error, "Permission Denied" when they click the links to get to them. Other means of requesting support listed at it.cornell.edu/support are working
User Impact:
On the IT@Cornell website (it.cornell.edu) "Permission Denied" error when clicking a link that should go to a support request form.
Workaround:
Contact the IT Service Desk directly: https://it.cornell.edu/support .
Current Status:
Most broken links that have been reported are fixed and the site is being searched for any remaining problem links. Visitors to it.cornell.edu that encounter a broken link for a support form can report it to the IT Service Desk https://it.cornell.edu/support .
