Brief Description:
On Friday, July 23, 2021, at 10pm through Saturday, July 24, 2021, at about 8pm, IBM will be applying Oracle Image 21, the PeopleSoft Release Patchset 4 (PRP4), and PeopleTools version 8.58 updates to the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system.
User Impact:
During the outage window, the web servers will be down so that the PeopleSoft application will not be available via the web. After the changes have been applied, the system will once again be available.

PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, Employee Essentials, epay, Contributor Relations, Student Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Records, Student Financials, Student Employment (PSES) will be unavailable on Friday, July 23, 2021, starting at 10:00pm until Saturday, July 24, 2021, at approximately 8:00pm, IBM will be applying Oracle PUM Image 21, the PeopleSoft Release Patchset 4 (PRP4), and PeopleTools version 8.58. These updates are necessary to meet federal and university compliance requirements. During the application of the updates, the PeopleSoft production system will be unavailable to the end users.
