Full Description:
On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, between 5:00-7:00am, AnyConnect CUVPN clients will be upgraded to version 4.10(01075). The current service version is 4.9(04043). This update affects Linux, macOS, and Windows AnyConnect clients distributed from the CUVPN service. Clients for iOS, Android, etc., are maintained via vendor app stores (version 4.10(x)).

When users connect and log in, a "product update" will be applied. When the update completes, the user is then logged into the service.

For machines with Graphical Identification and Authorization (GINA) module (Start Before Login, SBL), users will get a pop-up alert to reboot. They DO NOT NEED to immediately reboot, but should simply do so at their earliest convivence. STB, which is on-demand before login, will not function properly until reboot.

Version train 4.10 drops support for some old OS versions. Testing shows this version continues to work/upgrade for the old OS's, but there is no further vendor support:

- Windows: Drops support for Windows 7 and 8. Support continues for Windows 8.1 and 10
- MacOS: Drops support for 10.13. Support continues for 10.14, 10.15, and 11 (all)
- Linux: Drops support for RedHat 6. Support continues for Redhat 8, 7 and Ubuntu 16.04, 18.04, 20.04
