Brief Description:
The main e-list server was unresponsive on Sunday, May 9, 2021, starting at 7:56 am.
IT staff resolved the issue by restarting the server and https://www.list.cornell.edu was back in operation at 3:28pm.
User Impact:
Some e-list mail was delayed until after the restart.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

The main e-list server was unresponsive on Sunday, May 9, 2021, starting at 7:56 am.
IT staff resolved the issue by restarting the server and as of 3:28 pm https://www.list.cornell.edu was back in operation. After the restart, the e-list service processed and delivered the backlogged email traffic.
