The CIT Data Center in Rhodes Hall will be without uninterruptible power supply (UPS) from Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 11:00pm through Sunday, April 25, 2021, at 4:00am. All server racks will be without power unless prior arrangements have been made.

UPDATED: The CIT Data Center in Rhodes Hall will be without uninterruptible power supply (UPS) from Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 11:00pm through Sunday, April 25, 2021, at 4:00am.
During this outage, CIT will install new, redundant UPS devices for the Rhodes Hall Data Center. Any systems or services housed in the Rhodes Hall Data Center will be unavailable during the maintenance window unless prior arrangements have been made to provide NYSEG/building power to specific racks.
For clarification, all server racks will be without power unless prior arrangements have been made. Graceful shutdowns are recommended before 10pm on Saturday, April 24th for systems that will be without power. Please contact Rick Polcaro at rp17@cornell.edu with questions or concerns about this maintenance.
