There is no workaround for this issue

Services affected include Azure Portal, Teams, Yammer, some Microsoft apps that have not cached their credentials and other services. Microsoft Office 365 email is still available at outlook.cornell.edu. Microsoft is working on the issue.

Microsoft reports the primary impact is to Teams, but they are also looking to effects to email and Yammer.
