On Sunday, July 26, 2020, between 7:00am and 11:28am, Identity Management is adding indexes to the Production Enterprise Directory (LDAP). Servers will be updated in a rolling fashion and they are behind load balancers, so we do not expect a service outage. LDAP endpoints include:
query.directory.cornell.edu
internal.directory.cornell.edu
onprem.directory.cornell.edu
onprem-internal.directory.cornell.edu
These changes do not involve Cornell’s Active Directory. Active directory LDAP servers reside within the *.ad.cornell.edu domain. E.g. query.ad.cornell.edu, testquery.ad.cornell.edu, lds.ad.cornell.edu…
