Brief Description:
After March 31, 2021, remaining Cornell users of Qualtrics Classic Reports will lose access to any reports which were created with Classic Reports, including scheduled emails and public reports. This is a vendor-controlled change.
User Impact:
Remaining users of Classic Reports will no longer have access to them, including scheduled emails and public reports. Data that have been collected will not be affected and can be used to build a new report using Advanced Reports at any time.

Full Description:
After March 31, 2021, the 351 remaining Cornell users of Qualtrics Classic Reports will lose access to any reports which were created with Classic Reports, including scheduled emails and public reports. They should rebuild reports on the Advanced Reports platform and to download a PDF copy of existing reports they wish to keep. Qualtrics has confirmed that data that have been collected will not be affected and can be used to build a new report using Advanced Reports at any time. Qualtrics and CIT have written to account owners who still have Classic Reports. This is a vendor-controlled change.

To view Classic Reports in a user account, navigate to the Advanced Reports page (Reports tab > Reports section), click on the name of the advanced report and select View Classic Reports from the dropdown.
