Brief Description:
Some Video on Demand users are unable to access or view all or some of their video library. Users are reporting a 404 “Not Found” error when attempting to access media inside their “My Media” private libraries. CIT and the vendor are investigating.

Some Video on Demand users are unable to access or view all or some of their video library. Users are reporting a 404 “Not Found” error when attempting to access media inside their “My Media” private libraries. The use of special characters in the video URLs could potentially make the links not work. In the meantime, the vendor suggests using only alphanumeric characters when naming files.

There is no workaround for this issue
