Hello Perceptive Content users,

This is a reminder regarding the required emergency patch for Perceptive Content. The schedule is as follows:

Patch Test Servers – Occurred Monday, December 21, 2020.

Patch Production Servers – Begins at 5:00pm on Friday, January 8, 2021. Perceptive Content will be unavailable during the maintenance window. We anticipate that the system will be available beginning at noon on Saturday, January 9, 2021.

With a patch of this limited scope, testing requirements are far less than an upgrade but basic smoke testing and critical business processes should be reviewed on the TEST system between now and January 7, 2021.
