Full Description:
On Wednesday, January 6, 2021, between 5:30pm and 9:00pm, some users experienced failures with email forwarded to other email systems. Affected messages returned the error “Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding."

IT staff are investigating the issue.
