Brief Description:
Some Zoom users' cloud recordings may not have appeared in the Video on Demand (VOD) service. The issue appears to have been limited to recordings from 11/4/2020. CIT is working with the vendors to resolve the issue.
User Impact:
Some Zoom users' cloud recordings may not to have appeared in the Video on Demand (VOD) service. The issue appears to have been limited to recordings from 11/4/2020. A workaround is available.
Workaround:
Zoom cloud recordings can be accessed by their owners in the Zoom web portal, manually downloaded, and then manually uploaded to Video on Demand (VOD).

Current Status:
The Video on Demand vendor, Kaltura, has worked with Zoom and determined that the issue appears to have been limited to recordings from 11/4/2020. Kaltura will continue to investigate the best way to restore missing content. Users whose Zoom Cloud Recordings have not appeared in Video on Demand outside this time frame, or who encounter this in the future, should contact the IT Service Desk at it.cornell.edu/support.
