Brief Description:
There have been reports of issues with time settings when using the Qualtrics Mailer. These include mailings set to "Send Now" being scheduled for an hour later.
User Impact:
Survey invitations set to "Send now" are scheduled for one hour in the future.
Workaround:
Once the email is scheduled, selecting "Edit Distribution" from the list of options for the email, then again choosing "Send Now" and clicking "Save" will begin sending the email.
Current Status:
Qualtrics has reported this issue is resolved. Testing indicates that "Send Now" emails are now going out immediately instead of being scheduled for an hour later.
