The EZ-Backup service experienced a partial outage effecting ADSM2, ADSM5, and ADSM7 from 20:50 to 22:00. This was a result of an apparent hardware error. IBM has the requested information and is in the processes of identifying the root cause. The EZ-Backup team will take further steps as necessary to address any issues identified.
