Brief Description:
Some Mac users are reporting that, after upgrading to the Zoom 5.3.2 desktop client, when they schedule new meetings with client’s Schedule button, the Outlook Calendar entry created is blank.
User Impact:
Outlook Calendar entries created by Zoom desktop client v5.3.2 on Macs may not contain required meeting information as expected.
Workaround:
Users are advised to double-check new Outlook calendar entries created by scheduling Zoom meetings for accuracy and completeness before sending to potential recipients.
Current Status:
The issue appears to be limited to a very small number of users. If any users encounter the issue going forward, they should contact the IT Service Desk, itservicedesk@cornell.edu.
