Brief Description:
IT staff are currently investigating an issue reported by users of the Canvas Zoom interface in which audio transcripts are not appearing as downloadable files. Zoom support has been contact to investigate.
User Impact:
Zoom Cloud Recording audio transcripts are not appearing as downloadable files when accessed through the Canvas Zoom interface.
Workaround:
Canvas Zoom users looking for a missing audio transcript file can access it by logging into cornell.zoom.us and clicking Recordings in the menu.
Current Status:
The vendor is continuing to investigate the issue.

Canvas Zoom users who are looking for a missing audio transcript file can access it by logging into cornell.zoom.us and clicking Recordings in the menu.
