Users may be intermittently unable to view email messages in Outlook on the Web. Affected users see the following message when trying to view an affected email message: "Connectors - placeholder."

Users who encounter this error may be able to refresh their mailbox in Outlook on the web to view the email message. Users who have access to the Outlook desktop client may also use that as a workaround.
