Brief Description:
On Monday, July 20, 2020, from 5am-8am EST, CIT Network Engineering will perform maintenance on the ClearPass AAA server infrastructure. ClearPass is part of CU VPN and Wi-Fi authentication and authorization. There is no anticipated impact to users.
User Impact:
There is no anticipated impact to CU VPN and Wi-Fi users, since there are redundant servers. If either service is affected during the maintenance window, only new authentications will not work. Existing CU VPN and Wi-Fi connections will continue to operate normally.
