Some Cynergy based applications are experiencing issues with the attachments feature.

The following Cynergy based applications are experiencing issues with the attachments feature:\n\n 1. DFA Vendor\n 2. DFA Item Type\n 3. BSC Management System\n 4. Confidentiality Agreement\n 5. General Purpose Workflow Document\n 6. DFA Financial Information Access\n 7. HR Data Access\n 8. DFA New Account Request\n 9. Student Data Access\n\nUsers of these applications cannot add new attachments to their documents.\n\nThey will see an error similar to the following:\njava.lang.RuntimeException: Could not generate directory for File at: /global/tc/app/tc18/persistent_area/cynergy/cynergy-apps-prod/attachments/F/7/2/5/0/A/F7250A0F-3F7E-C9A3-5E81-2B978C620A4C\n\nTime to fix this is unknown.\n\nWe apologize for the inconvenience and are working diligently to fix the issue.
