Brief Description:
On Sunday, June 14, 2020, a change will be made to Cornell Qualtrics which will deactivate accounts in the system after 365 days of inactivity. Accounts may be re-enabled on request to surveys@cornell.edu .
User Impact:
Anyone who has not used their account in the past 365 days will not be able to sign into the account until it has been re-enabled by request to surveys@cornell.edu .
