The custom layouts of all TeamDynamix customer-facing portals have reverted to factory default layouts. This resulted from a vendor file server error. The vendor is working to fix the problem.

Seeing the factory default layout when visiting a portal.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The issue is fixed and TeamDynamix service is running normally.
