Brief Description:
Some of the Cornell Enterprise Directory servers in the new production environment (not Active Directory) are in need of emergency maintenance.
User Impact:
Web page or app may not return the expected results based on a directory search while the suffix is being reinitialized on a particular server. Users can try again in hopes of hitting a different node behind the load balancer.

Full Description:
Some of the Cornell Enterprise Directory servers in the new production environment (not Active Directory) are in need of emergency maintenance. These servers reside behind the stage.directory.cornell.edu, internal.directory.cornell.edu, onprem.directory.cornell.edu, and onprem-internal.directory.cornell.edu load balancers. During the maintenance period, which we expect to take between 1.5 and 2 hours, the directory servers may not respond to LDAP searches. If a web page or app doesn’t immediately return the expected results based on a directory search, please try the search again.
