All Concur customers using the Concur website and Concur mobile app are unable to log in and use the services.
After filling in their credentials to Concur website, users are receiving “Sorry something went wrong” error message and are unable to login. When trying to login to Concur mobile app, Android users receive “Unable to sign in” error, while iOS users receive “Network connection error”.
