Brief Description:
Users are reporting an error in Zoom of Calendar authorization has expired.

Workaround:
At this time, the issue appears to be related to Authorizing with EWS and testing appears to show that Authorizing with OAuth 2.0 may allow the authorization to complete successfully.
Current Status:
IT staff are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

Full Description:
Users are reporting an error in Zoom of “Calendar authorization has expired.  When users attempt to reconnect under “Profile” – “Edit the calendar service” using EWA they get an error message; “The request failed.  The remote server returned an error:  (401) Unauthorized”.

At this time, the issue appears to be related to Authorizing with EWS and testing appears to show that Authorizing with OAuth 2.0 may allow the authorization to complete successfully.
