Brief Description:
Some Cornell users of Outlook on the Web (outlook.cornell.edu) are not seeing the default Cornell visual branding and logo when they sign in, instead seeing Microsoft’s default blue branding.
User Impact:
Some users are seeing Microsoft's blue branding in Outlook on the Web, instead of Cornell's. When this Microsoft branding is displayed, a link shows at the bottom of the folder list that says "Upgrade to Office 365 with premium Outlook Features."
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
This issue appears to be resolved and monitoring has not shown any recent instances of it.

Some Cornell users of Outlook on the Web (outlook.cornell.edu) are not seeing the default Cornell visual branding and logo when they sign in, instead seeing Microsoft’s default blue branding. When this Microsoft branding is displayed, a link shows at the bottom of the folder list that says "Upgrade to Office 365 with premium Outlook Features." Outlook on the Web features are otherwise responding normally and are not affected by the issue.
