Status:
Closed
Brief Description:
Qualtrics is having a worldwide issue with their authentication services. The problem is preventing Single Sign-On login (used by Cornell Qualtrics) to get to the survey administration panel or through any pre-survey authentication that has been set up.
User Impact:
Not possible to sign into Cornell Qualtrics to administer surveys. In the case of surveys that have been set up to require respondents to sign in with CUWebLogin before they can take the survey, it's not possible to do so. Attempts to log in result in an error message like "We were unable to validate your request. A report is generated with error tag [ebef5820]."
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
Qualtrics has identified and fixed the issue. Cornell Qualtrics users should be able to sign in normally.
Services Affected:
Surveys
Subsites Affected:
TeamDynamix
