Brief Description:
The Code42 Cloud Administration Console is unavailable. Code42 app use not affected by this issue. Only the cloud administration console is unavailable.
User Impact:
The Code42 Administration Console is either not responding or completely unavailable. Anyone trying to access the Code42 console in order to do a restore will be unable to do so.
Workaround:
The Code42 app is working, so any tasks that can be accomplished in either the Administration Console or the app can be done in the app.
Current Status:
Code42 has resolved the issue and the Cloud Administration Console is available.
