Brief Description:
Microsoft has reported an issue where users may be intermittently unable to sync the Outlook mobile app on iPhone and iPad. The problem is only affecting Outlook on iOS devices.
User Impact:
Messages may not be delivered to an affected users' device as soon as they arrive in the user's Cornell Office 365 account.
Workaround:
Users can temporarily mitigate the problem by closing the app, waiting five minutes, and then re-launching the app.
