Brief Description:
Some sites in the CU Blog Service (blogs.cornell.edu) that are set to be publicly available are requesting authentication or login. Cornell staff have contacted the vendor, CampusPress, and they are investigating.
User Impact:
Visitors to some public sites in the CU Blog service are being asked to log in instead of being provided the webpage they requested.
Workaround:
If a site administrator changes the setting back to public, that will make the site openly available again.
Current Status:
Sites that were affected have had the appropriate level of access restored. Sites that were publicly available before the issue are now publicly available again.
