Kaltura, the vendor supporting the Video On Demand and Video Platform Service, has reported issues related to playback. Users may experience various symptoms including but not limited to player errors, issues with player loading (black screen), In-video quiz questions not loading, etc.  This issue is at least intermittently impacting Cornell’s Video On Demand and Video Platform Service products.

Kaltura, the vendor supporting the Video On Demand and Video Platform Service, has reported issues related to playback. Users may experience various symptoms including but not limited to player errors, issues with player loading (black screen), In-video quiz questions not loading, etc.  This issue is at least intermittently impacting Cornell’s Video On Demand and Video Platform Service products. The vendor engineering team is currently working on fixing the issue.
