The E-List service has been experiencing delivery delays to Yahoo, AOL, and Verizon accounts since early morning Friday, September 13, 2019. CIT is continuing to monitor and resolve this performance issue, and will provide updates.
User Impact:
During the performance issue window, if you send email from the E-List service to Yahoo, AOL, and Verizon accounts, there may be a delay in delivery.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
This E-list performance issue has been resolved, and the service has returned to normal operation. All backlogged E-list email to Yahoo, AOL, and Verizon accounts was delivered by 8:00pm on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. E-List email to those destinations is now operating as expected.

During the performance issue window, if you send email from the E-List service to Yahoo, AOL, and Verizon accounts, there may be a delay in delivery.
