The E-List service experienced delays from September 4, 2019, at 8:30pm, to September 5, 2019, at 11:30am. This was due to an email storm occurring on one of the e-lists. The issue has since resolved, and the service has returned to normal operation.

During the performance issue window, some E-List users may have experienced delays as a result of the email storm. The issue has since resolved, and the service has returned to normal operation.
