Brief Description:
An upgrade of the CUVPN client, AnyConnect, will be configured in the CUVPN servers on Thursday, August 15 from 05:00 am - 07:00 am. Once configured, AnyConnect clients will automatically upgrade on client machines when they connect to the service.
User Impact:
Upon connecting to CUVPN, AnyConnect clients will perform a self-upgrade (up to a minute or so), then proceed to connect to the service. Users will see pop-ups indicating the upgrade after they log into the service.

Full Description:
An upgrade of the CUVPN client, AnyConnect, will be configured in the CUVPN servers on Thursday, August 15 from 05:00 am - 07:00 am. Once configured, AnyConnect clients will automatically upgrade on client machines when they connect to the service.
Upon CUVPN log-in, a window will appear indicating a new AnyConnect client is being downloaded and upgraded. When finished, the new version launches and logs the client into CUVPN automatically. Administrative privilege is not required for AnyConnect self-upgrade.
This upgrade is for Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and MacOS version 10.12, 10.13 and 10.14 and 64-bit linux clients. iOS and Android versions are upgraded by the respective App Store/Google Play versions.
