On Tuesday, August 13, starting at 8:00pm Pinnacle and the Custom Apex applications (NCS Dashboards, Building Coordinator Dashboards, Student Request for Services Form, and Pinnacle Monthly Statement Email Notification Opt In/Opt Out form) will be unavailable to users in order to apply semi-annual Oracle database patches. Though the stated outage window is until 12am, Pinnacle and the Custom Apex applications are likely to be available by about 9pm.
