On Tuesday, August 13, 2019 starting at 8:00pm the Pinnacle Custom Apex applications will be unavailable to users for database maintenance. Though the stated outage window is four hours, the Custom Apex applications are likely to be available by 10pm.
User Impact:
During the outage, users will not be able to access the Custom Apex applications (NCS Dashboards, Building Coordinator Dashboards, Student Request for Services Form, and Pinnacle Monthly Statement Email Notification Opt In/Opt Out form). The impact will be minor because usage is low outside of normal business hours. After the instance class conversion, users will not see any difference in the application behavior.
